The Industrial Platform of Adetikopé (PIA) is a public-private partnership between the Republic of Togo and Arise Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP).
Arise Integrated Industrial Platform (IIP) has expertise in developing industrial infrastructures and their dedicated ecosystems. IIP designs, finances, builds, and manages largescale projects in Africa. Its stockholders are Africa Finance Corporation (50.5%) and Africa Transformation and Industrialization Fund (49.5%).

PIA Industrial Zone is in the Maritime Region, 27 KM from the centre of Lome, along National Road 1 (NR 1) leading to Burkina Faso. The Phase 1 site is located east of this road, on the lands of the village of Akplome attached to the district of Adetikope, Municipality of Agoe-Nyive 6 in the Prefecture of Agoe-Nyive (formerly the Prefecture of Zio). The PIA Phase 2 site is located 9.7 KM east of the Phase 1, on the lands of the Municipality of Zio 1 (Cantons of Dalavé and Kpomé). The two phases will be connected by a 260 m wide Industrial Corridor with a new road and transmission line also connecting Adetikope to Kpomé.
