On August 16, the PIA signed in Lomé a credit agreement of 145 million euros or more than 95 billion FCFA with various banks, such as: EcobankTogo represented by its Director General, Souleymane Toure ; African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) represented by Oluranthi Doherty and Serge Zacharie BELINGA ; Banque Ouest Africaine de Développement represented by its vice-President, Suares Braima, as well as BIA-Togo represented by its DGA, Kossi Djokoto.
This operation was achieved with the objective of financing the PIA project. The signing ceremony took place in the presence of the Minister of Economy and Finance, Sani Yaya, and the Minister Secretary General of the Togolese Republic, Ablamba Sandra A. JOHNSON.
